cPanel error - took too long to respond

I am unable to access cpanel getting below error.

This site can’t be reached

sg2plcpnl0161.prod.sin2.secureserver.net took too long to respond.

Try:

• Checking the connection
• Checking the proxy and the firewall
• Running Windows Network Diagnostics

ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

Due to this my site is also slowing down and even users across are also facing the above problem, Tried calling support ever time they give **bleep** answers and ask to check the theme code. Really my code effect godaddy cpanel. Godaddy is getting worst day by day.
