Set up my Norton Small Business account

Congratulations on purchasing Norton Small Business from GoDaddy! We're ready to protect your business with powerful security. Let’s get you set up.

Option 1: Activate from your welcome email

  1. After your purchase, check the inbox for the email address on file for your GoDaddy account. Look for a message titled “Activate your Norton Small Business – courtesy of GoDaddy” from donotreply@godaddy.com.
  2. Open the email and select Activate Now. You’ll be redirected to Norton’s sign-in page.
  3. Sign in to your existing Norton account, or select Create a new account. Your Norton Small Business product will be available in the Norton account you use or create during activation.

Option 2: Activate through your GoDaddy account

  1. Go to your GoDaddy My Products page. You might be prompted to sign in.
  2. In the All Products and Services list, select Business Protection and then select Manage.

    You’ll be redirected to Norton’s sign-in page.
  3. Sign in to your existing Norton account, or select Create a new account. Your Norton Small Business product will be available in whichever Norton account you use or create during activation.
