Add my email to Mail on iPhone or iPad


Step 4 of the Set up my Workspace Email account series.

Add your Workspace Email account to Mail on your iOS device. Then you can send and receive business emails from your iPhone or iPad.

  1. Go to your iPhone or iPad's Settings and tap Mail.
  2. Tap Accounts.
    In Mail, tap Accounts
  3. Tap Add Account.
    In Mail, tap Accounts
  4. Select the Other account type.
    Tap Other
  5. Tap Add Mail Account.
    Tap Add Mail Account
  6. Enter your account details, and tap Next.

  7. Tap IMAP.
  8. Under New Account, in the Incoming Mail Server section, enter:
    • Host name as "imap.secureserver.net"
    • Your Workspace Email User Name and Password
  9. In the Outgoing Mail Server section, enter:
    • Host name as "smtpout.secureserver.net"
    • Your Workspace Email User Name and Password
  10. Tap Next. Your Mail app auto-discovers your email account settings and loads your email.
  11. Exit the Settings app and tap Mail to open the app.

Troubleshooting

If Mail can't auto-discover your email account, turn off your WiFi and follow the steps again. To turn off your Wifi, tap Wi-Fi and toggle to turn it off. Don't forget to turn it back on after you finish.
Tap WiFi and tap the toggle to turn it off.
