Change the ringtone for a contact
If you want to personalize the ringtone for a SmartLine contact, you need to change the ringtone from your phone's native contact list.
- Open Contacts.
- Choose the contact you want to edit.
- Tap Edit in the top right corner.
- Press Ringtone.
- Choose a ringtone from the list.
- Tap Done to save the ringtone.
- Tap Done to save the changes to the contact.
The instructions below may differ slightly between the different Android phone models and software versions.
- Open Contacts.
- Search for the the contact you want to edit.
- Tap the Menu (three vertical dots) button.
- Select Set Ringtone.
- Choose a ringtone from the list.
- Press OK to save your ring tone.
- Tap the checkmark to save the changes to the contact.
