Check my order status

When you order a Poynt Smart Terminal or Poynt Card Reader from us, we keep you updated on your order status to make sure you get your package. You’ll get a confirmation email when your order ships and you can also view the order details and tracking info in your Payments Hub. Whether you ordered a brand new device or are awaiting a replacement unit, it’s easy to check the status of your order.

  1. Sign in to your Selling In Person Overview page (use your GoDaddy username and password).
  2. Select Shop Point of Sale > Order History.
  3. Under Status, you can check your order’s shipping status and FedEx tracking number.

Note: It can take anywhere from 2 days to a week for your order to arrive. If your order still hasn’t arrived after a week, follow these steps to find your package.
