Check my order status
When you order a Poynt Smart Terminal or Poynt Card Reader from us, we keep you updated on your order status to make sure you get your package. You’ll get a confirmation email when your order ships and you can also view the order details and tracking info in your Payments Hub. Whether you ordered a brand new device or are awaiting a replacement unit, it’s easy to check the status of your order.
- Sign in to your Selling In Person Overview page (use your GoDaddy username and password).
- Select Shop Point of Sale > Order History.
- Under Status, you can check your order’s shipping status and FedEx tracking number.
Note: It can take anywhere from 2 days to a week for your order to arrive. If your order still hasn’t arrived after a week, follow these steps to find your package.
