Websites + Marketing Help

Export my online store products to marketplaces

Note:
  • Marketplace connection is available on Websites + Marketing Commerce plans and Managed Hosting for WooCommerce Essentials or higher.
  • Customers in the United States have access to all marketplaces. Customers in Canada have access to Amazon and eBay, and customers in Australia and Great Britain have access to eBay.
  • Marketplace connection supports physical product sales only. Digital products are not currently supported.

When you connect your Websites + Marketing online store to a marketplace such as Etsy, Facebook or Amazon, any store products and marketplace listings that have matching stock-keeping units (SKUs) are automatically synced and will be available in both places. Once a product and listing are linked, the following will stay synced:

  • Inventory and quantities: When an order comes in on any channel, the available quantity drops everywhere.
  • New-channel listings: You can create listings on other marketplaces directly from a product without re-entering the details.

You can also manually export any products in your online store catalog to your marketplaces if they haven't been synced, usually because there's no matching SKU or the SKU is missing.

  1. Go to your GoDaddy product page.
  2. Scroll down, expand Websites + Marketing and select Manage next to your site.
  3. On your dashboard, expand Commerce and select Ways To Sell.
  4. Select Marketplaces & Social.
  5. On the connected marketplace card, select Manage.
  6. Select Listings.
  7. Select List your Products.
  8. Choose the products you want to list.
  9. At the bottom of the screen, next to the number of products, select Manage.
  10. Select List on Sales Channels.
  11. Select the marketplaces you want to sync to, and then select Continue.

Once the products have synced to your marketplace, you'll be shown a "success" message on the screen.
