Free Workspace Email is no longer supported

Note: Workspace Email is moving to Microsoft 365. Find more information on the move in our FAQ .

Why is GoDaddy no longer offering free Workspace Email? How do I keep my email account?

We’re standardizing our email platforms to a better email system. This new platform is secure, stable and offers more storage. It can be synced across all devices, from mobile to desktop, offering a better overall experience and product for our customers.

If you want to keep your email account you'll need to upgrade the free email account to a paid version of Workspace Email or migrate it to Microsoft 365.

See email plan options for Microsoft 365. Our GoDaddy Guides are here to help find the right plan for your business.

What if I don't want my email account but want to save my emails?
