Look up my customers

In your Reseller Control Center, use the Customer Lookup report to find information about your customers. You can view a customer's contact information, order history, and discount pricing status. Understanding your customers helps you stay in contact and develop effective marketing strategies.

  1. Log in to your Reseller Control Center (use your GoDaddy username and password).
  2. Click Reports and select Customer Lookup.
  3. Search for customer information using the following criteria:
    • Login or Customer Number — search for a specific customer number or username.
    • Company Name — search for a specific company, or all companies that begin with the letters you enter.
    • First Name — search for a specific first name, or all first names that begin with the letters you enter.
    • Last Name — search for a specific last name, or all last names that begin with the letters you enter.
    • City — search for a specific city, or all cities that begin with the letters you enter.
    • State/Province — search for a specific state/province, or all states/provinces that begin with the letters you enter.
    • Postal Code — search for a specific postal code, or all postal codes that begin with the numbers you enter.
  4. Click Search to display your results.
  5. Click the customer's name to open their information.

Note: Use multiple search fields to narrow your results.
