Record my voicemail greeting
SmartLine includes a prerecorded voicemail greeting, but you can record your own personalized message directly from the mobile app. If you need help uploading a recording from your computer, see upload a voicemail message.
iPhone
- Open the SmartLine app.
- Log in to your GoDaddy account.
- Tap Settings.
- Under Voicemail, press Greeting.
- Tap Record New Greeting.
- Press the Record button.
- Tap Record again to stop recording.
- To listen to your new greeting, press Play.
- To keep your new recording, press Save.
- To keep the new greeting, tap Replace.
Note: The max duration for a voicemail greeting is 2 minutes.

- Under Voicemail, tap Greeting.
- Tap Record New Greeting.
- Press the Record button.
- Tap Record again to stop recording.
- To listen to your new greeting, press Play.
- To keep your new recording, press Upload.
