Review my messages

Your voicemail messages will be transcribed to text. All your messages from a single contact will be grouped in a conversation. The conversation will provide you with the communication history with that specific contact.

Note: You need to make sure you have downloaded and linked the mobile app to your smartphone. Please see Link my smartphone for more information.

  1. Open the SmartLine mobile app.
  2. Enter your GoDaddy Login information.
  3. Tap the conversation you would like to review.
    Select Conversation
  4. Important:

    If you tap Ignore (Android) or Decline (iOS) on an incoming call, the call will be directed to your personal voicemail and will NOT appear in your conversation list.

  5. You will see your conversation history with that person.

  6. To listen to the message, press the Play button.
