Send text messages

With the text message feature, you'll be able to send messages to any U.S. mobile phone. You can send text updates about a recent order one of your customers placed, confirm an upcoming appointment or follow up on a recent consultation all without leaving the app.

  1. Open the SmartLine app.
  2. Tap on the Text button in the upper right corner.
    Tap Text button
  3. In the To field, tap on the plus sign to select a contact or use the keypad to enter a U.S. phone number.
    Tap Plus button
  4. Enter your message, then click Send.
    Tap sen

Note: You can only send texts to U.S. phone numbers that can accept SMS messages. Sending texts to international numbers, including Canada and Mexico, is not supported.
