Send text messages
With the text message feature, you'll be able to send messages to any U.S. mobile phone. You can send text updates about a recent order one of your customers placed, confirm an upcoming appointment or follow up on a recent consultation all without leaving the app.
- Open the SmartLine app.
- Tap on the Text button in the upper right corner.
- In the To field, tap on the plus sign to select a contact or use the keypad to enter a U.S. phone number.
- Enter your message, then click Send.
- Open the SmartLine app.
- Tap on the Text icon in the lower right corner.
- In the To field, tap on the plus sign to select a contact or use the keypad to enter a U.S. phone number.
- Enter your message, then tap Send.
Note: You can only send texts to U.S. phone numbers that can accept SMS messages. Sending texts to international numbers, including Canada and Mexico, is not supported.
