Troubleshoot: Can't access service with social login

If you created a new account using your Amazon or Facebook credentials, you will need to locate your GoDaddy customer number and create a password in order to log into SmartLine.

  1. In a web browser, login to your GoDaddy account using your Amazon or Facebook login credentials.(Need help opening your product?)
  2. Click the profile button in the top right corner to see your GoDaddy customer number.
  3. Go to Account Settings.
  4. Click Login & Pin to change your password.
  5. On your smartphone, open the SmartLine app and login with your GoDaddy customer number and updated password.
