Can’t see my contacts
Permission to access contacts may not have been allowed. You will need to go into your phone's settings and allow SmartLine to access to your contacts. On the iPhone, this setting is found in the Privacy section of the settings app. On Android, it's located in the Apps section.
Outgoing calls are display someone else's name
The name that is being displayed could be the previous owner of the number. Please contact the Support team at (480) 505-8877 for assistance.
Outgoing calls show that I'm calling SmartLine instead of my contact
Notifications may not be enabled for SmartLine. You will need to go into your phone's settings and allow SmartLine use notifications.
Another reason for this issue is your phone saving your contact as SmartLine. Search for your contact's phone number in your phone's contact list to verify the name is saved correctly.
