Update my mobile app

The SmartLine app is constantly improving and evolving. So to make you have all the most up-to-date fixes and features, you need to be on the latest version of the app. The quickest way to do this is to see if an update is available in your mobile app store.

  1. From your iPhone, launch the App store.
  2. Tap the Updates tab.
  3. If the SmartLine app is listed, tap Update.

I already updated the app

If you have the latest version and are still running into issues, try signing out then signing back into the app.

  1. Go the SmartLine settings.
  2. Tap Sign Out.
  3. Sign back into your account.
