View or Cancel my in-app purchase

If you purchased your SmartLine subscription through an in-app purchase, you can view or cancel your subscription in the SmartLine app.

iPhone

You can cancel your subscription from the SmartLine settings.

  1. Go to the SmartLine settings and tap Manage Subscription.
  2. Tap Manage Subscription at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Select SmartLine from your list of subscriptions.
  4. Set Auto-Renew to Off.
  5. Go back to SmartLine.
  6. Logout of the app.

Google Play

You can cancel your subscription from the SmartLine settings.

  1. Go to the SmartLine settings and tap Manage Subscription.
  2. Tap Manage Subscription at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of your SmartLine subscription in Google Play.
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
  5. Go back to SmartLine.
  6. Logout of the app.

Once you cancel your subscription, you will still have service until it expires. If you want to stop receiving calls and texts before your service expires, first log out of the app and then uninstall it.
