When I try to make an outgoing call, I get this message:
"Please enter a valid 10 digit US/CAN number to make a call."
Also won't let me send texts sometimes. Anyone know what's up?

You're getting this error if you're trying to dial a number that is not based in the United States, this includes US territories like Puerto Rico. We don't support international calling or texting yet.
If the number you're trying to reach is indeed a US number, please send me a private message with the number you're trying to contact and we can look into your issue further.
Thanks,
Helen

We currently don't offer international calling yet but we plan to offer it in the future. Unfortunately we don't have a shareable timeframe yet.
