Add my Microsoft 365 email to Gmail on Android

Step 3 of the Set up my Microsoft 365 account series.

Add your email to Gmail on a Google Pixel or another Android phone. No matter where you go, you'll always stay connected with your email.

1. Open Gmail.
   
2. If you're a new user, tap Add an email address. Otherwise, tap Profile, and then Add another account.
   
3. Tap Exchange and Office 365.
   
4. Enter your Microsoft 365 email address, and then tap Next.
5. If you see a prompt that says your email is used with more than one account with Microsoft, tap Work or school account (not Personal account).
6. Enter your email password, and then tap Sign In.
   
7. If you're signing in from a new device or location, you'll see a prompt to Verify it's you and confirm your identity through a one-time code.
   
8. If you're asked to trust your domain, tap Continue.
   
9. If it's your first time signing in and multi-factor authentication (MFA) is enabled, you'll see a prompt to set up your authentication method. (If you have trouble following the on-screen instructions, trying setting up MFA using these steps instead.)
10. If you already have MFA set up, verify your identity using your authentication method.
11. You might get a request for permission to access your account, tap Accept.
12. When your account is ready, tap Done. You'll be taken to your inbox.
    
13. If this is your first email account on Gmail for Android, you'll be asked if you want to add another account. To skip this step, tap TAKE ME TO GMAIL. If this isn't your first account, you'll see your email inbox.
