Connect a domain to Airo AI Builder
Step 5 of the Airo AI Builder get started series.
Personalize your Airo AI Builder app or website with a unique domain. You can purchase a brand new one or connect one you already own.

Note: Connecting a domain requires a DNS change. It can take up to 48 hours for DNS changes to show up on the internet globally.
Follow these steps for GoDaddy domains in your account.
- Go to your Airo AI Builder apps page and then select your app or site.
- Select
Domain.
Follow these steps to purchase and connect a new domain.
- Go to your Airo AI Builder apps page and then select your app or site.
- Select Domain.
- Select Buy Domains.
- Enter your desired domain name in the text box, select
Add to cart next to your desired domain and then complete the purchase. - Select Domain Portfolio.
Follow these steps for domains you own outside of GoDaddy.
- Go to your Airo AI Builder apps page and then select your app or site.
- Select Domain.
- Select External Domains.
- In the text box, enter your domain, select Connect Domain and then select Connect Domain. If the DNS is managed by:
- GoDaddy, Cloudflare or 123-Reg: Select Connect DNS automatically and then select Authorize.
- Other providers: Your DNS records will appear and you'll need to update these at your non-GoDaddy provider.
Follow these steps for domains in other GoDaddy accounts.
- Go to your Airo AI Builder apps page and then select your app or site.
- Select Domain.
- Select External Domains.
- In the text box, enter your domain, select Connect Domain and then select Connect Domain. If you:
- Have access to the GoDaddy account: Select Copy Authentication URL, open a new browser window (or incognito) and sign in to the other GoDaddy account. Paste the authentication URL in the address bar, go to the page, and then select Connect.
- Don't have access to the GoDaddy account: Your DNS records will appear and someone with access will need to add the DNS for you.
