Email and Postal Mail Preferences – Opt-Out Standard

If you do not wish to receive email or postal mail from us, you can Opt-Out by setting your communications preferences in Account Settings. Automated Phone Calls, Text Messages, and WhatsApp – Opt-In Standard

We will only contact you with promotional messages by automated phone call, text, or WhatsApp if you consent to receiving these types of communications in advance. You can withdraw your consent at any time by setting your communications preferences in Account Settings. Transactional Communications

Where allowed by applicable law, the Opt-In/Opt-Out consent standards for promotional messages do not apply to communications that we send to you for transactional, informational, or essential purposes. For example, we are required by our contracts and other legal requirements to send you information about domains you purchase (such as renewal information). We also may send you informational emails about your account, including but not limited to updates on security issues, the status of your account and products, and other similar information. We may send you transactional, informational, or essential messages through any available contact method allowed under applicable laws.
