domain DOWN 5 Days

6/2/18 During a domain transfer to godddy the server status changed to HOLD the domain was up for renewal and payment had been processed with the previous registrar and also with godaddy. The domain service has been down for 5 days, I also had to call support during the D Cast team  office hours which is 3.00am in Australia to find out that I needed to wait another 72 hours as the job has been esculated. That's seven days with no email services or web services how is that possible? What does the process involve? Can anyone explain ...........

 

7/2/18 Hey Great news the techs have completed the tasks and the domain is now up. Now we can all get some sleep
