Why doesn't GoDaddy remove the Chat button if it's no longer there?
And why don't they remove the link to submit a ticket if that option is no longer there?
Tried both...both lead to nowhere. Don't have time to call help for 2 hours per call...Have called about 6 times in 6 weeks after GD blew up all my files and sites.
Am now a hostage... of GD.
