I recently tried to access my Workspace email account, but forgot the password. Tried to get a password reset by using the link to have GoDaddy send me an email containing a link to do this but, after 2 attempts, NO REPLY WAS SENT in over 5 hours!
I next tried to reset my password through my GoDaddy web account, following the instructions on the Help pages but, following the instruction to hover over the email account's name, then to click on "Edit" did bring up a screen to change the password, BUT NO TEXT COULD BE INPUT INTO EITHER OF THE BOXES PROVIDED FOR INPUTTING PASSWORD AND CONFIRMING IT!
HOW CAN I CHANGE MY FORGOTTEN PASSWORD WHEN GODADDY WON'T SEND ME A RESET EMAIL AND THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR RESETTING IT ARE INCORRECT???????
