Sending statements from my Quickbooks

Hi, Im hoping someone here can help me.

I am trying to send statments using my godaddy email from my quickbooks.

It wants to know the port and the server name.

I am putting:

smtpout.secureserver.net

port - 25

and not ticking the SSL box.

Please let me know if you think I am doing something wrong.

Thanks

Re: Sending statements from my Quickbooks

Hi @ElisabethS. Welcome to GoDaddy Community! If you're not using SSL, then port 25 would be correct. However, the server to use would depend on the region and type of email plan you have. Assuming you have a Workspace Email account, here are the 3 options you might need:

  • US Email - smtpout.secureserver.net
  • EU Email - smtpout.europe.secureserver.net
  • AP Email - smtpout.asia.secureserver.net

If that doesn't help, then feel to provide more information about your particular software and the fields you need to fill in. That may help others provide better suggestions.
