Return funds from and close my GoDaddy Cash account

To request a return of the funds you have stored in GoDaddy Cash (formerly Good As Gold), contact a GoDaddy Guide for assistance.

There is a USD$20 transaction fee to process the return of funds, which is taken from the total amount we return.
Only full balances are returned.
Funds returned are sent as checks; we will not wire funds back to your account.
Requests can take up to 8 weeks to process and be mailed.
