Shop for products and send a cart to my Reseller customer

Follow these steps to shop for products on your Reseller customer's behalf and send the cart to the customer for purchase.

Note: Carts you fill on behalf of a customer are unique to that customer, and cannot be shared or sent to other customers.
Required: To send a cart to a customer you must have delegate access to the account without purchase access. Follow these steps to request delegate access to the account.
  1. Sign in to your Reseller Control Center (use your GoDaddy username and password).
  2. Select Reports and then select Customer Lookup.
  3. For the account you want to access, select the customer Name.
  4. Select Shop for customer and then select products to add to the cart.
    Note: Select Share share to send a URL to the customer.
  5. Below the cart, select Continue.
  6. (Optional) Customize the message that gets sent to the customer.
  7. Select Send Cart. An email is sent to the customer to complete the purchase.
