What happens when my Business Professional trial ends?
If you purchase an Email Essentials or Email Plus plan, you might get a complimentary 30-day trial of Business Professional. Business Professional comes with more storage and access to web, mobile, and desktop versions of Microsoft Office apps like Word, Excel and PowerPoint. What to expect when the trial ends
When your Business Professional trial ends, your account will automatically revert to your original plan — either Email Essentials or Email Plus. Don’t worry, all your messages, contacts and calendars will remain intact. However, you’ll lose access to:
- Office apps and Teams: Access to Office apps, Microsoft Teams and any documents stored in OneDrive or SharePoint will no longer be available.
- Reduced storage: If you originally had the Email Essentials plan, your mailbox storage will decrease from 50 GB back to 10 GB.
How do I keep Business Professional?
To continue using the full suite of Office apps and retain access to your trial consider, consider upgrading your plan to Business Professional.
