Cancelar una cita programada

Si necesita cancelar una cita, puede hacerlo en cualquier momento antes de la fecha programada para la cita.

Note: Only the site owner can cancel a scheduled appointment from the appointments dashboard.

  1. En tu panel de control, expande Citas y luego selecciona Calendario .
  2. Selecciona la cita programada que quieres eliminar.
  3. Select Delete and then Okay to confirm.

An email is sent to the site owner as well as the customer whose scheduled appointment was deleted, informing them that the booking was cancelled.
