- You need a standalone Conversations subscription to get a business phone number. GoDaddy Websites + Marketing plans don't come with a phone number.

- At the bottom of the screen, tap Conversations to see a list of all your unarchived conversations.

- In the top-right corner, tap
more, and then tap Settings. - Tap Call & Text. If you don’t see this option, first add a business number.
- Tap Voicemail.
- Tap Custom Recording.
- To start recording your message, tap
Record.
If you're prompted for microphone access, in your phone's Settings app, enable this for the GoDaddy mobile app. - To stop the recording, tap
Stop. - To preview your greeting, tap
Play. - In the upper-right corner, tap the check mark to save your recording.
