Set up payments on Airo AI Builder

Connect your Airo AI Builder app or site with Stripe or GoDaddy Payments to start accepting payments for products and services.

Required:
  • To make real transactions, ensure you've fully set up GoDaddy Payments.
  • If your GoDaddy Payments is attached to Websites + Marketing, you must keep the Websites + Marketing plan active to ensure payments continue to work.
Note: Airo AI Builder apps or sites using GoDaddy Payments may not support certain e-commerce features (for example, tax calculation, shipping or recurring billing). If you require these features, consider using Stripe.
  1. Go to your Airo AI Builder apps page and then select your app or site.
  2. Enter this prompt into the chat and answer any follow-up questions:

  3. If you need to sync the products on your Airo AI Builder app or site to your GoDaddy Payments product catalog, enter this prompt into the chat and answer any follow-up questions:

  4. (Optional) To test your payment processing, publish your changes, go to your app or site in a browser, make a test purchase and then view the transaction in GoDaddy Payments.

Connect to a Stripe sandbox

  1. Go to your Airo AI Builder apps page and then select your app or site.
  2. Enter this prompt into the chat and answer any follow-up questions:
    Can we update our product page and use the Stripe skill to see if we need to make any changes? Let me know if you need any information from me.
  3. In the Airo AI Builder chat or in your email, select the Stripe sandbox link and then follow the steps in Stripe to claim your sandbox.
  4. (Optional) To test your payment processing, publish your changes, go to your app or site in a browser, make a test purchase and then view the transaction in the Stripe sandbox.
  5. When you're ready to make real transactions, verify your business with Stripe to get a live account.
  6. When you're ready to go live, publish your changes.
