Issue a refund for an invoice in the Hub

From within the Hub you can issue a refund for invoices previously paid by your clients.

Note: Invoicing and Payments in the Hub is available to a limited number of United States based users at this time. Availability will increase to more users and countries throughout 2021.

  1. Log in to The Hub.
  2. Select Invoicing from the left-hand menu.
  3. Locate the invoice you need to resend from the list. You can Search and Filter the list of invoices as needed.
  4. Select and open the Plus Sign Button menu to the right of the invoice’s amount, and then select Issue Refund.
  5. Locate the transaction, then select and open the Plus Sign Button menu to the right of the invoice’s amount, and then select Issue Refund.
