Request updates to my website with Marketing Services Premium or Website Care

After you set up your Marketing Services or Website Care, you can start requesting updates to your website.

Note: If you've submitted a request and want more updates, please wait until your pending request is complete, and then submit a new request.
  1. Go to your GoDaddy product page.
  2. Scroll down, expand Websites + Marketing and select Manage next to your site with Marketing Services Premium or Website Care.

  2. Scroll down, expand Websites + Marketing and select Manage next to your Marketing Services Premium or Website Care.
  1. Select Edit a Page, Add a Page, Add a Blog Post, Manage Online Store, Website Error or Other.
  2. Enter details for your request in the text box, and then select Done. If you're attaching images or video, ensure they meet the requirements:
    • Filenames can't include any of these characters: ^%&$,@#
    • Images must be in .png or .jpg/.jpeg format.
    • Logos must be in .png, .jpg/.jpeg, .pdf or .eps format.
    • Videos must be in .mp4 format. If you can't convert to an .mp4, we recommend uploading your video to YouTube and including the link in your request. Otherwise your site performance may suffer.
  3. If you have multiples updates, select Were there any other changes you needed to make today?, and then repeat steps 3 and 4. When you've added all the request updates you'd like, select Submit Request, and then select Submit.

A message will confirm we've received your request. You’ll receive an email when your request is complete.
