Send images with GoDaddy Conversations

Sometimes it's useful to send an image with a message, for example, if a customer asks for a picture of a product. You can do this on all the channels linked to your GoDaddy Conversations account. The file formats supported are .jpg, .png, or .gif.

Note: For now, GoDaddy Conversations is available in English only.
  1. In a web browser, go to your GoDaddy product page.
  2. If you have the standalone version of Conversations, expand Conversations Unified Inbox. To the right of your Conversations plan, select Web Inbox.

    OR

    If you have a Websites + Marketing plan, scroll to Websites + Marketing and select Manage next to your site. In the left menu, expand Conversations.

  3. Select Inbox. A list of your unarchived conversations will show.
  4. Select the message you want to reply to.
  5. Select Conversations plus icon Add to the left of the reply box.
  6. You can select images from your GoDaddy image library or your computer.
    • To add an image from your GoDaddy image library, select Insert Image from Library and then select the images you want to send.
    • To add an image from your computer, select Attach File from Computer, browse to and select the image, and then select Open.
    To remove and replace an image, tap X on the image and repeat steps 4 and 5.
  7. (Optional) Add a text message.
  8. Select Conversations send icon send.

To view images in your conversation history:

  1. In the conversation history, scroll to the image you want to view.
  2. Select the image.
  3. Use the browser zoom feature to zoom in or out.
  4. To dismiss, click anywhere off the image, or select the X on the image.

Note: Images are sometimes compressed, but this shouldn’t affect the quality more than with traditional MMS.
