Can we set up Recurring Payments? Like weekly Subscription?

Our business takes in a weekly tuition, some pay monthly.  Is it possible to set up weekly / monthly recurring payments on our domain?  Is it doable w/ PayPal on the domain as well?  That would be terrific.  Thanks!
