Hi, my homepage has a music widget/track. Until recently it could be heard on both Explorer and Chrome. Now I can only hear it on Explorer. When I call into tech support they say can hear it on both browsers. This situation is occuring on both my home and work computers. Has anyone come across this and resolve it? Thanks!

The only thing I can think of is somewhere along the way you muted the site which depending on your settings can sync across computers / sessions.
