The article at https://www.godaddy.com/help/transferring-domain-names-to-another-registrar-3560 states that a domain transfer should only be denied for the following reasons:
• •Registering or transferring a domain name
• •Updating the registrant contact's organization
• •Updating the registrant contact's first or last name and an organization is not listed
However, none of these 3 conditions are true for the domain I'm transferring out of GoDaddy. The third one is almost applicable (I did update the registrant contact's first name, BUT an organization is listed).
Are domain transfers being denied incorrectly or is this help article incorrect?

I had also mailed into support and they confirmed that the transfer was incorrectly denied, removed the block, and I've been able to successfully initiate the transfer.
Hi @pack940, Thanks for asking, we want our articles to be accurate. I re-read the article and it looks correct. All the instances reference required or allowed registry restrictions. However, to check your specific domain you can contact support http://support.godaddy.com or email: Review60@GoDaddy.Com with your domain name(s) and the four digit account PIN for a closer look.
