MX records change history

Hello,

How can we check MX records change history, one of our client's domain MX records changes to Godaddy Outlook/Office365 from our server address, we haven't changed it, none of the staff change the records, but the client insists that we changed it to Godaddy's Outlook/Office365. After the client complaint, we revert the MX record back to our server at the Godaddy domain DNS settings page.

The client asked for a refund (a big amount) due to that change, and we don't have access to his account anymore to prove that, that we haven't change it.

This might be a case of a mistake by the client, due to GoDaddy promotions and options once you logged in he might click on some email offer and that changed it to Outlook/Office365.

So is there anything that can help us?

Thanks
