I started off my business with just me, meetings and people management was easy. I had great employees (me) but my boss was a bit tough (myself). As I grew out of myself being employee of the month (every month) and bright others on things naturally became more hectic.
There came a point where I felt like my business was more people management than what I started out doing. Do you have any tips on how to grow your business without shifting the focus from what actually pays you @AngieJH?
