    Testing my hosting account

I have just created an account with GoDaddy and uploaded my website files.  How do I see if all the files are there and correct?  Is there a temporary domain name I use?

I have a url with another hosting company and will transfer that to GoDaddy once I can confirm I have all the files I need.

    Thank you.

The easiest way would be to change the nameservers of the domain name to Godaddy's nameservers and then wait up to 24 hours to see what is displayed, Godaddy doesn't have the ability to test the site to my knowledge.

If you want to verify the files before pointing over the domain you can set up Preview DNS, which gives you a temporary web address to access the files.

    Linux - https://www.godaddy.com/help/preview-your-website-16092

    Windows - https://www.godaddy.com/help/preview-your-website-16093

    This is really great.

    BUT.

While I wait for my domain transfer to go through, how do I access wp-admin and start putting up some content? At my last host, I could do everything I needed via the normal web interface with url

    [webhostname or IPaddress][username]/wp-admin

Is there anything equivalent in GoDaddy-land?
