The following is a non-exhaustive and indicative list of products, services, and business types that are currently not supported under our Website Design Services. This list is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute an exhaustive determination. We reserve the right to update, amend, or remove any item on this list at any time, without prior notice.
- Adult material. This includes—but is not limited to—pornographic, X-rated, sexually explicit, or otherwise tasteless materials, descriptions, images, products or services (including, but not limited to escort or prostitution services).
- Illegal items. The sale or promotion of stolen or illegal items and/or the facilitation or instruction to others to engage in illegal activities.
- Third party rights. The sale or promotion of products that infringe on third party rights (e.g. copyright or trademarks) or counterfeit goods as they mimic the brand features of the product in an attempt to pass themselves off as a genuine product of the brand owner.
- The sale or promotion of products that have been recalled by the Consumer Product Safety Commission.
- The sale or promotion of content related to, or products derived from threatened or extinct species.
- Abortion-related products or services, including the promotion of abortion-related products or services.
- The promotion of political campaigns, political parties, advocacy groups, lobbyist organizations, or any entities whose primary purpose involves promoting political ideologies, candidates, ballot initiatives, or legislative agendas. This includes—but is not limited to—content related to electioneering, political fundraising, or issue-based advocacy.
- The issuance, trading, mining, exchange, promotion, or advisory services related to cryptocurrencies, digital tokens, or blockchain-based financial instruments. This includes—but is not limited to— crypto wallets, NFT platforms, DeFi projects and ICOs.
- The promotion of content that may be deemed as capitalizing on or lacking reasonable sensitivity towards a natural disaster, conflict, death, or other tragic event.
- The promotion of content that incites or endorses hatred against others. Content that inappropriately discriminates against a person or group or that seeks to intimidate, exploit, or humiliate others.
- The sale of domain names.
