Create a Website Report
Within the Hub you can create a report for your clients to update them about the performance of their site(s), any issues and any other work you're doing to improve their site. The look, layout and content of the report can all be customized as well.
- Log in to The Hub.
- From the left menu, select Website report.
- Select Create Report.
- Select the type of report you want to send:
- Client: To create a report for multiple sites for a single client.
- Website: To create a report for a single site.
- Select Next.
- Select the Client or Website name from the first drop-down menu.
- Enter a Report title and select the preferred language.
- Select Customize Content.
- Select a Date range by selecting a commonly used timeframe from the drop-down menu or by selecting a custom date range using the calendar.
- In the Include sections area, check or uncheck which sections you want included in the report.
- Select Customization.
- As needed, adjust the Fonts and Colors, add a Logo, and add Intro and Outro messages.
- Select Generate to create the report.
You can now View or Email the newly created Website Report. You can also view or share the report at another time from within the Website Reports area of the Hub.
