Manage my online store inventory
Use your online store's inventory feature to let customers know if popular items are in stock. If you connect your Websites + Marketing online store to Marketplaces, it will sync your inventory across all your channels (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Google Shopping, etc.)
- Go to your GoDaddy product page.
- Scroll down, expand Websites + Marketing and select Manage next to your site.
- On your dashboard, expand Store and then select Products.
- From the list, select the product you want to change.
- Select Inventory & Options.
- The Track Inventory toggle should be on to allow your online store to automatically change the inventory count as orders are placed. If you don't want to track inventory, turn it off.
- In the Quantity box, enter how many of that product you have.
- In the Low inventory box, enter a quantity that will trigger a low inventory notification to be displayed for that product.
- To allow customers to place orders even when the inventory is zero, select Allow backorder.
- You can mark a product as "limited edition". This could encourage customers to buy the product because they know it won't be available again once stocks run out.
- If you have variations of the product, such as sizes or colors, follow the steps to add product options. When you create options, the Quantity box is greyed out and you'll need to enter each option's inventory in the Qty box instead.
- Select Save to update the product.
