Websites + Marketing Help

Manage my online store orders

When an order is placed through your online store, it will be listed on your Orders page. You'll see where that order sits in the fulfillment pipeline, and what actions you might need to take to get those orders processed.

  1. Go to your GoDaddy product page.
  2. Scroll down, expand Websites + Marketing and select Manage next to your website.
  3. On your dashboard, expand Store, and then select Orders.

Your Orders page is the central hub for every order ever processed by your store. You'll even see carts abandoned by visitors who've left your site. Over time, this page will be brimming with orders past and present. We've added tools to help you sort, search for and organize your orders.

On your Orders page, sort all orders (ascending or descending) by selecting any column title.

Search your received orders by the following criteria within a specific timeframe:

  • Order #
  • Name
  • Email
  • Fulfillment status
  • Payment
  • Delivery method
  • Sales Channel (If you've activated Marketplaces on your online store)

Print or download

Select the checkbox next to a specific order, and then select Print.

Place a test order

Verify exactly what your customers see when they make a purchase by running a test order through your site. Select Place Test Order and choose offline payment to avoid getting charged.

Automate abandoned cart recovery emails

Select Abandoned Carts to see a list of customers who left your site with items added to their carts. If those customers were logged in, you can set up automated email reminders to reach out and suggest they complete their orders.

Note: Select Update Settings to adjust the Abandoned Cart Recovery settings, including how long to wait after a customer exits your site before emailing the automated reminder.
