Submit a request to Airo Managed Care
If you’ve purchased Airo Managed Care, you can send update requests at any time of day to update your business hours, photos, blog posts, promotions and more, and we’ll handle the tasks for you.
- Go to your GoDaddy product page.
- Scroll down, expand Airo AI Builder and then select Manage next to Airo Managed Care.
- Sign in to your Customer Care Portal using your GoDaddy username and password.
- Select Services and then select Airo Managed Care.
- Select New Request.
- Select the type of update you want and then select Next.
- Enter the details of your update request and then select Next.
- (Optional) If you'd like to request additional updates, select Were there any other changes you needed to make today?, and then repeat the previous two steps for each additional update.
- When you're done adding update requests, select Next to submit.
A GoDaddy expert will send you an email when your request is complete or if they need additional information to complete your request. You can also view the status of your requests on the Deliverables page of your Customer Care Portal.
