After purchasing a Premium Domain from GoDaddy, you can track delivery status and view transaction details from your purchase overview page.
Steps to Access Your Purchase Overview
- Go to All Domains → Services → Negotiations → Purchases
- Or click here to access your Premium Domain purchases directly while logged into your GoDaddy account
Available Sections
On the purchase overview page, you'll find:
- Delivery tracker – Track the progress of your domain delivery
- Message agent – Contact the team handling your transaction
- Transaction history – View past statuses and messages in chronological order
- Transaction summary – Review the purchase details and download your receipt
