View the WooCommerce System Status
Within WooCommerce, you can get a detailed look at your entire system status. This information can be useful in diagnosing issues and the Care department will frequently ask for a copy of this status. Here's how to find it.
- Sign in to WordPress.
- Navigate to WooCommerce > Status.
- If submitting a Care request, click on Get system report to get an option to copy the system status to your clipboard.
