Connect Conversations to my WhatsApp Business Platform
Sign up for a WhatsApp Business Platform account through GoDaddy or connect your existing account and we'll connect it to your Conversations unified inbox so you can receive and respond to your WhatsApp Business messages.
Note:
For now, GoDaddy Conversations is available in English only.
- In a web browser, go to your GoDaddy product page.

If you have the standalone version of Conversations, expand Conversations Unified Inbox. To the right of your Conversations plan, select Web Inbox.
OR
If you have a Websites + Marketing plan, scroll to Websites + Marketing and select Manage next to your site. In the left menu, expand Conversations.
- Select Settings.
- Select Social Channels.
- Select Connect a Social Account.
- Select WhatsApp Business Platform, and then Next.
- If you're not already signed in, log in with the Facebook account connected to your Meta business profile. (You won't be able to create a new Facebook account here, so make sure you have one before starting this process. If you don't have a Meta business portfolio yet, you can create one during this process.)
- Follow the steps to access your Meta business portfolio or create a new one.
- Follow the steps to allow GoDaddy to connect your WhatsApp Business Platform account to Conversations. You can also create a new one here by providing your Meta business portfolio, your business name, your business website or social media profile, and your country.
- Add a phone number. You'll need to verify this number.
Note:
- If you use a landline number, you'll need to verify it with the Phone call option.
- If you try to use a number that's already connected to WhatsApp, you'll be asked to disconnect it from that account first.
- Voice over IP (VoIP) numbers cannot be used (even your Conversations VoIP number).
- Select Finish.
- Create a 2-step verification PIN (or enter your existing PIN if you're linking your existing WhatsApp Business Platform account).
- Select Next to connect your WhatsApp Business Platform account to Conversations.
- Select Done.
You can now receive messages on your newly connected WhatsApp number from within your Conversations inbox. It may take some time for your account to be verified before you can reply to messages.
