Create an email contact form in Airo AI Builder

Airo AI Builder includes contact form email capabilities, allowing visitors to send messages to a designated email address. It's a common way for apps and sites to generate leads, answer customer questions, receive feedback or close sales.

1. Go to your Airo AI Builder apps page and then select your app or site.
2. Enter this prompt into the chat. Airo AI Builder will identify the current email settings, make updates and ask follow-up questions if needed:
   

   Can we update our contact form and use the new email skill to see if we need to make any changes? Let me know if you need any information from me.

3. If asked by Airo AI Builder, enter your email secret (the email address where contact form submissions are delivered) and then select Save. This can be any email address you choose.
4. (Optional) Customize your contact form:
   • If you want an automatic reply after a visitor submits your form, enter this prompt into the chat:
     

     Set up an automated response email for my contact form that sends a confirmation to the visitor after they submit. The message should say [your message here].

   • If you want to CC on contact form submissions, enter this prompt into the chat:
     

     CC [your email address here] to my email contact form.

   • If you want to customize the sender address that appears in your contact form outgoing emails enter this prompt into the chat. The address must be from the custom domain connected to your Airo AI Builder (for example, if your custom domain is coolexample.com, a usable address would be jane@coolexample.com):
     

     Can we update the From email address on my contact form? Let me know if you need any information from me.

   • If you want to forward contact form emails to your GoDaddy Conversations:
     • Enter this prompt into the chat. To find your GoDaddy Conversations email address, go to your GoDaddy product page, expand Conversations, select Settings, and then select Email:
       

       Change my To email address to [your GoDaddy Conversations email here].

     • Enter this prompt into the chat, sign in to the entered address and then forward email to GoDaddy Conversations:
       

       Change my To email address to [your email here].

5. Once Airo AI Builder is done, select Publish.
