What is the Skykick Outlook Assistant?

The Skykick Outlook Assistant is a lightweight client app that sets up Outlook for Windows when you're migrating to Microsoft 365. (If you’re moving from a POP email service, it’s required.) It automatically sets up Outlook, creates a new Outlook email profile and moves local data like POP email data, contacts, calendars, tasks, signatures and autocomplete cache.

Who can use the Skykick Outlook Assistant?

The GoDaddy account owner or an admin can set up the Skykick Outlook Assistant. The tool is compatible with the following configurations:

  • Windows 10 and 11
  • Outlook for Windows, including version 2016, 16.0.4600.1000 or higher and 2019
  • Microsoft 365 license types that allow client-level Exchange access
  • .Net Framework 4.6

Please note that the Skykick Outlook Assistant isn’t available for Linux, Outlook for Mac users, or anyone using Outlook versions not listed above. In these cases, we can still migrate your email to Microsoft 365, but we can't move your local data (like contacts, calendars, tasks, signatures and autocomplete cache).
