Which communication channels can I connect to GoDaddy Conversations?

Using GoDaddy Conversations, you can communicate with your customers through various channels, such as chat, your web contact forms, Facebook, Instagram , your Microsoft 365 email and Business Calling & Texting and your Gmail or Microsoft 365 email.

Conversations is included in all Websites + Marketing plans or you can subscribe to the standalone app. Business Calling & Texting is only available to standalone subscribers, and .

Nota:
  • The GoDaddy Conversations mobile app and the ability to connect your social media accounts aren't available with free Conversations plans.
  • For now, GoDaddy Conversations is available in English only.

Chat

Through chat, customers on your GoDaddy website can connect with you in real time. You can respond in the GoDaddy Conversations web app, the mobile app, or even directly through email.

Facebook

Connect your Facebook business page to GoDaddy Conversations to chat with customers who leave messages or comment on your Facebook posts.

Note: You must use a Facebook business page through Facebook for Business. GoDaddy Conversations will not work with personal Facebook pages. See Facebook's help article on creating a business page for more.

Instagram

You can also connect your Instagram professional account to GoDaddy Conversations and interact with customers who send you direct messages, mention you or comment on your Instagram posts.

Note: You must use an Instagram professional account that’s connected to your Facebook Page for Business. GoDaddy Conversations won't work with Instagram personal accounts. See Instagram’s help articles on setting up a business account on Instagram and setting up a creator account for more.
