Create a recurring invoice

After setting up your Invoicing account, you can create recurring invoices in the Hub that are automatically sent to your clients at repeating intervals.

  1. Log in to The Hub.
  2. Select Invoicing from the left-hand menu.
  3. Select New Invoice.
  4. Select an existing client from the drop-down menu or add a new client.
  5. Enter a Line Item, the quantity and price.
  6. Add more items as needed using Add Item.
  7. Under Payment Details, select how often you want the invoice to repeat.
  8. Select the Start Date, End Date and change how often the invoice should repeat.
  9. Enter any Additional Details you want.
  10. Select Send once the invoice is ready.

The invoice will be sent to the email address associated with the client you selected when creating the recurring invoice.
